Incense of the day: Eucalyptus Ruled by Mercury, Wednesday concerns matters of business and travel. Here is a spell to keep your luggage from getting lost in transit. You need two silver candles and a length of black ribbon. You also need one of those "Best Friends" or "Be Mine" pendants that breaks apart into two halves, though make sure it starts as one piece. Name one candle for yourself, the other for your luggage, lighting each as you do so. Carefully loop the ribbon around both and knot it, saying: Mine to me, Me to mine, Like this ribbon so entwine. Me to mine, Mine to me, As I will, so mote it be! Touch the pendant to the candles. Snap it in half and attach one half to your luggage, carrying the other half with you. Leave the bound candles on your altar until you return home from your next trip. |
