Set aside time to enjoy cooking, cross-stitch, knitting, sewing, quilting, drawing, or other arts and crafts, remembering that everything you create contains a bit of your energy. Whenever you begin a new project, ask yourself what kind of energy you wish to put into the finished item. Before you begin, then, visualize or speak aloud the energy that you want to create. Pause periodically as you work and revisualize the energy, while thinking of things you want to remove (hunger, anger, poverty, miscommunication, sadness, loneliness, sickness, and the like) as well as the things you want to grow (love, friendship, prosperity, happiness, community, health). |
