Incense of the day: Lilac For revitalizing drained energies or deflecting any nasty negativity directed toward you, select nine smoky tumbled quartz stones to add to a cleansing bath. Place the smoky quartz in the bathtub along with some Epsom salts or bath oil. Scrub from head to foot while visualizing yourself being purified from all malefic influences, known and unknown. Before stepping out of the bath, take a quick full body dip, then stand up, letting the bathwater drip off your body for a few minutes before reaching for the towel. Put on some fresh clothing, and apply your favorite scent. Remove the smoky quartz crystals from the bathtub and let them dry in sunlight or moonlight.
