Spell: Tree and Fieldstone Rescue

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

If you're feeling overwhelmed or unpleasantly challenged in any way, find a natural setting with trees (if necessary, this can be your backyard). Walk slowly while taking deep breaths.
Now, become aware that there's one tree in particular that wants to help you. Follow your intuition as you continue to slowly walk. When you find your tree, approach it with reverence and respect (don't worry-you can't go the wrong way or pick the wrong tree). Touch the trunk and silently commune with the tree. Explain your troubles, and allow yourself to receive its healing energy and wise counsel.
When this feels complete, you realize that the tree wants to give you a gift. Allow yourself to be led to a rock. Pick it up and notice its grounding and therapeutic vibration. Thank the tree, and thank the rock. Keep the rock close whenever you need a little extra support.
