Spell: Break a Negative Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Negative spells usually come about when we find ourselves doing self-destructive acts. We say something we really shouldn't have said, or do something we shouldn't have done. Sometimes it can be because of something you did to yourself, and sometimes it is the work of others.
The act of breaking a negative spell is called an uncrossing. To achieve this, start with a self-cleansing. Take a soaking bath in specially chosen oils: a few drops of lavender, lemon, mugwort, and rose. These oils encourage self-cleansing and calm and thereby reverse the spell with protection and forgiveness, because nothing reverses a negative spell better than a return to sender (even to yourself) of peace and love. And forgiveness is always at the center of healing negativity. Work on transforming the source from hate to forgiveness.
