Spell: Invite New Friendship Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

On this day in 1959, the United States welcomed Hawaii as a state. If you would like to welcome a new friend into your life, use the energies of this Friday during the waxing moon and a Hawaiian symbol of friendship, the pineapple, to attract a friend of like mind.
Cut up a fresh pineapple and eat some. Then wrap a piece of the leaf in a piece of pink fabric and tie with a yellow ribbon. Charm your pineapple pouch:

"Pineapple, sweet and bright, a kindred spirit I seek to invite.
I seek a friendship of like mind, with open heart and a spirit kind."

Carry the pouch with you in your purse or pocket when you go out into the world. Remember, you have to be a friend to have a friend. Remain open and friendly with people you meet, and see what the day brings you.
