A light blue candle Nine chopped pecans A pinch of feverfew foliage A few green pine needles Since this is Labor Day, it's a good time to give thanks for not only our job but also our coworkers. In many instances we spend more time with our coworkers than our families. And in many ways our coworkers become family. I developed a spell to help you maintain a peaceful relationship with the people you work with. Light the candle and scatter the pecans, feverfew, and pine needles around the candle. Think of what you enjoy about your coworkers. Release any work-related stress by letting the tension flow from your body, through your feet, and into the earth. Extinguish the candle. Scatter the spell ingredients outdoors in an area you find peaceful. |
