Think about your stress. What's weighing on your shoulders? Now begin to rub your hands together, and as you do, allow all of the stress that you've been holding on to to be drawn down into your hands as they rub together. Then take a sheet of bubble wrap, and hold one bubble between your fingers.
Think of something that caused you stress recently. Send that stress into the bubble, focus, then pop it. Felt good, didn't it? Do it again. One by one, send your stress into the bubble wrap and pop it, dissipating the stress. Feel the stress leaving your body through your fingertips as you pop away. Go ahead and pop every bubble, then take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Put the bubble wrap in a brown paper bag and throw it away in your outside trash or recyling. |
