Recapture the energy and new beginnings of the school season with your own school supplies. Head to the local office supply store and purchase a composition book, pencils, crayons, and an eraser. Once home, play with your new school supplies, embracing them with all of your senses. Seize the chance to make a fresh start, perhaps writing, sketching, or embarking on a course of study. Enter the starting date into your composition book, anchoring it with a sigil of your own creation. Make a plan and set some goals; each time you sit down to work, chant: "Motivation, inspiration, perspiration, exaltation!" |
