Gather three fresh red roses, either from your garden or the florist. Arrange the roses in a vase filled with water, and set them someplace prominent. Take a moment to enjoy their color and scent. Breathe in the fragrance. Let it fill you up. Then repeat this charm: "By red roses three, I weave a charm, For love and romance that brings no harm. Allow this to come to me in the proper way, As we all need love in our life, every day." Keep the flowers in the vase until they begin to fade. Then return them neatly to nature or add them to your recyclable yard waste or compost pile. |
