Spell: Crafting Magickal Rowanberry Necklaces

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Rowanberries, which are prevalent on rowan trees at this time of year, can be used for numerous magickal and metaphysical purposes, in addition to having the potential to be used in homemade marmalade and a variety of medicinal remedies.
The rowan tree is also known as the Witch tree. One of the most relevant magickal uses of the berries is that of recapitulation. This refers to the process of energetically "pulling back" your energy that may be stuck. It's common for people's energy to get stuck in certain places and on certain people.
To aid in your own visualization work aimed at drawing back your essence, try threading a number of rowanberries with a needle and tying off the end to form a necklace. Wear this whenever you're feeling overwhelmed with life or whenever you are performing any deeply personal healing work or personal shamanic journeying.
