For this spell, you will need a black bowl and a white bowl, plus a handful of clear crystal beads. Start with your beads in the white bowl. Stir them with your hand and let your thoughts wander. When you come to a troublesome thought, pick up a bead. Acknowledge the thought, then let it go, dropping the bead in the black bowl. Black is the color of binding, so it works for holding things you wish to release. Continue the process until you run out of thoughts that bother you. After you finish the spell, rinse the beads under running water. Then let them dry, ready to reuse another time. |
