Spell: Emotional Healing Bath

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today is a good day to comfort, soothe, and draw out old pain related to love or family relationships with the element of water. Draw a warm bath and add the following:

* 1 cup Epsom salt
* ¼ cup baking soda
* 1 moonstone (that has been cleansed in running water)
* 13 drops essential oil of lavender

Light a white candle. Stand outside the bath and direct your palms toward the water. See the bathwater filled with bright, silvery-white light. Say:

"Great Mother Goddess and Lady
of the Moon, thank you for filling
this water with light that heals
my heart, draws out old pain,
and brings comfort to my soul."

Soak for twenty to forty minutes, feeling the old pain draining out of you and allowing yourself to relax deeply and fully. Make sure to drink plenty of water to replenish your fluids and help wash away old toxins.
