Spell: The Writing in the Web

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This is often a time of year when spiders start to come out of their hiding places, either seeking shelter from the approaching weather in the north or busying themselves for the warmer weather in the Southern Hemisphere. The spider is a very magical creature with much to tell us. Some stories say that the very first language was written in the spider's web. It's the bringer of destiny, the weaver of fate.

Working with spider energy enhances your creativity. If you're planning on participating in November's write-a-thon or starting to make gifts for Yule or Christmas, then invite spider to come and help you by wearing spider-themed jewelry or putting a picture of a spider on your altar or screen saver. If you start to see physical spiders, know that they're coming to help and inspire you as you weave your own web of destiny toward achieving your dreams.
