Spell: Celebrating Amethyst

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

February’s birthstone is amethyst, the lovely violet-colored quartz. Violet represents spirituality and is connected to Archangel Michael. He carries very protective energies of your possessions while instilling inner strength. Moreover, violet brings the welcomed peace, calm, and stillness we need after the busyness of the holidays. It even encourages sobriety and helps heal wounds.

Obtain a magickal amethyst crystal. You will find that one will call out to you and feel tingly, special, or heavier than the others.

Now charge the amethyst during the waxing moon. Bury it outdoors in sea salt or earth. After a week, dig it up and feel if it has a higher vibration. If not, bury and repeat during the next waxing moon period.

Now you have a powerful stone to put in your mojo bag and use as an amulet or as an ally for your intentions regarding spirituality, strength, protection, healing, sobriety, love, and much more.
