LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Show Some Love

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

What you send out returns to you multiplied. So send out some positive energy today. Make a list of five people you feel grateful to know. You can choose people you see all the time or people you rarely see. Take some deep breaths. Place both hands on your heart and envision bright light at your heart. Now open up your hands like a book so your palms are radiating outward. Envision sending that light to the first person on your list. Then write that person a brief text or email. The important thing is that you let them know you appreciate them. For example:

Hey, ______! I’m thinking
about how glad I am to know
you. That’s all. Bye!

Or:

Hi, ______! Remember when you
helped me move when everyone else was
busy? That was awesome. Thank you.

Repeat this process with the other four people on your list. Finish up by feeling even more gratitude.
