LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Nightmare Spell

To protect against recurring nightmares, take three nine-centimeter lengths of blue embroidery thread. Plait them together, and with each weave, say:

"Triple-headed hag, protect me from phantasmagorial harm. Mares scare elsewhere!"

Now place a twig of rosemary and seven dried chamomile flowers in a pouc (lemongrass can replace either of these). Use your plaited thread to tie the pourch at the top, and place it under the pillow. A deep, untroubled sleep should be ensured for the person who lays their head down on this bed. Refresh the spell once a month by replacing the ingredients.
