For this spell you’ll need one strip of blue fabric, a pen or marker, and the Three of Wands card from a tarot deck. Begin by writing your wish on the strip of fabric. Take the fabric outdoors and find a shrub or tree that is beginning to leaf out. Tie your wish onto a branch of your chosen shrub or tree. As you tie it, project your energy into your wish as you say:

Let this wish come true,
Let this wish be mine.
Come to me with perfect ease,
Come to me at the perfect time.

Leave the wish tied to the branch. Once home, sit at your altar and hold the Three of Wands card. Meditate on your wish coming to you as you gaze at the card. Do this occasionally until the wish is answered. At that time, dispose of your fabric strip and return the tarot card to the deck.
