The invoking pentagram is a traditional magickal technique that brings in positive energy most often focused on growth. The most common invoking pentagram is that of earth (perfect for a garden spell!), which is drawn by beginning at the top of the pentagram and moving downward to the left.

To use an invoking pentagram to help your garden grow, stand in front of your garden (or whatever you are growing plants in) and visualize your plants green, healthy, and abundant. Using very large motions, draw your pentagram in front of you in the air, and visualize powerful growing energy moving out through the pentagram and into your garden. As you do this, say:
