Follow your breath. Close your eyes if it is safe so to do. Imagine beneath you a thick, pale blue carpet infused with calming vibrations. Steep yourself in the calm. Let your muscles relax, your head clear, and your breath flow. Imagine the calm energy of the carpet flowing through and over the chaos below and around you, and all of it quieting down. Notice how the chaos is muffled, slows, and then stops. Take a deep breath, exhale, open your eyes, and return to your day. |
