Spell: Biome Bow

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today, cast clarity into the air you breathe and explore all of the types of mold, yeast, and bacteria floating around. Once you know who you live with, it can be life-enriching. Good yeast can flavor your bread and bloom sourdough in your home, while harmful protozoa can cause disease if not discouraged by burning herbs or antibacterial spices that clear the air.

Into a clean glass pie plate, mix one packet of agar gel or fruit pectin with one pinch of salt and one pinch of sugar. Chant the following intention:

Everything living, draw near this glass

And make your imprint as you pass;

Reveal the spark of all life in bloom

And help me to know the

biome of this room.

Photograph the spores that bloom in the pie plate this week. Explore microbiology and fun botany games as you adventure in the worlds within our world, for we actually live among some amazing bacterial civilizations.
