Spell: Mirror, Mirror Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

This spell combines scrying and protection. It is a tool to see what is coming up behind you that you’re unaware of. Sometimes this spell gives you information about situations of your own making. Other times you receive clues about baneful work others may be casting in your direction. It’s a powerful spell that will give you clear insight.

Here’s what you’ll need:
* A black four-inch candle and candleholder
* Matches
* A 2-by-2-inch mirror

Gather your materials and head to the bathroom. Set the candle in the holder on the bathroom counter and light it. Hold the mirror in your left hand. Turn off the lights. Hold the mirror a few inches behind the candle and angle it so you can see over your left shoulder. Stare into the mirror. Whisper, “What do I need to know that is hidden from me?” or “Who do I need to look out for?”

Peer into the mirror until you feel complete. Remember any images, thoughts, sounds, or other sensory clues that come to you. Turn on the lights, then douse the candle with water and dispose of it.
