Spring is in the air, and it's only natural at this time that thoughts turn to love and romance. Whether you're currently in a good relationship and just want to grow closer or you're still searching for that special someone, this spell will help. You'll need a red candle, a knife or an athame, a lemon, a heatproof dish, and a box of matches.

Carve a heart into the candle, then cut the lemon in half. Rub half of the lemon up one side of the candle, and the other half up the other side of the candle. Put the candle safely on the heatproof dish and light it, saying:
As the flame glows, so does my heart. Share the fire with me.

Gaze into the candle flame until you know in your heart that love is near, then pinch out the flame or use a candle snuffer. Place the cold candle under your pillow. Discard the lemon.
