A strange cloud formation was spotted over the skies in Mexico on February 11. The cloud may look familiar because a very similar cloud was spotted over Moscow, Russia, this past October. Explanations for both range from an object, such as a meteor, falling through the clouds to create such a cloud, aircraft exhaust, and the way the sun is shining through the clouds. I'm not a meteorologist and don't remember much about that section of science class, but I think it's strange that two very different climate areas would be able to produce such similar and distinct cloud formations. If these cloud formation can happen anywhere, why don't we see them more often? Many years ago (pre-internet popularity), a young woman started the Wiccan/Pagan Press Alliance (WPPA). The goal was to establish communications between writers and publishers of books, magazines, and newsletters so that people could share ideas, successes, and challenges. I encouraged that woman to write a book, and she eventually did so. Her name: Silver RavenWolf. Many of those newsletters and magazines are gone, now, replaced by new websites that allow for more and faster communication. But there hasn't been a real replacement for the WPPA.
