This is one of Llewellyn's older decks and definitely a favorite of many. It is very Rider-Waite-esque but pagan symbols rather than Christian. Here are a few of my favorite cards from this deck.
I love the way he is carving feathers out of stone. It's an interesting way to depict a high level of craftsmanship.
The movement of her gown and hair, the tumultuous sky work together to create a sense of drama and danger in this card.
As a spinner myself, I love any image that includes a spinning wheel.
