Readers, please enjoy this guest blog post by Cyndi Dale, author of a number of books, including Advanced Chakra Healing and the new Energy Work for the Everyday to Elite Athlete.
For decades, I’ve been a mom in the bleachers. Pick a sport, I’ve watched it, usually in the rain, snow, sleet, or blinding sun. It turns out that because of those years of observation, and interacting with my kids, I’ve become pretty good at coaching athletes…and anyone looking for success.
Whatever goal you’re aiming toward, sporty, or otherwise, the key is to establish a support team. The kicker is to make sure that your success-village is composed of intangible as well as tangible members.
Your concrete squad will consist of real-life individuals and groups. (Pets are good, too!) But then, you must assemble an invisible crew. They can consist of spiritual allies, masters, ancestors, the deceased, and more.
Why link with the supernatural? This part of the team is ideal for assisting you with ideas and energies you can’t get anywhere else. In total, you want a team of seen and unseen that covers you physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
So, let’s get going on that team. Grab paper and pen and follow these steps.
Step One: Write down a very important performance or success-oriented goal.
Step Two: Formulate and fill in your tangible team. To do this, complete these lists.
- These are the types of individuals or groups required to meet my physical, psychological, and spiritual needs for achieving success:
- I already have these contacts or aids:
- I can fill the empty roles in these ways:
Step Three: Fashion your extraordinary or intangible team by following this flow.
You are going to create a Spiritual Board of Advisors. Start by sitting in a quiet place. Focus on your goal, and then allow your inner sage to reveal the spiritual allies already assisting you. You might intuitively see, sense, hear, or feel them. You can also ask that they be revealed over the next few days.
Once you’ve formulated the list of current spirit assistants, write down the other types of beings that might provide aid. Be as specific as possible. For example, I once had a client assemble a group of deceased former entrepreneurs to help you start her business. Another? She drew on ancestors gifted in healing, as she was a healer.
Become aware of the potential guides being presented and make sure you approve them. Vote them onto your Board. Then create a calendar for energetically meeting with your Board of Directors at appointed times.
I recommend that you review your team outline every few months or so—and have fun with this process.
