Professor Stephen Hawking, the highly respected theoretical physicist/applied mathematician, thinks we shouldn't be so gung ho when it comes to making contact with aliens. The Discovery Channel is airing a show called Into the Universe with Stephen Hawking, and in this series, he mentions that it might be in our planet's best interest if we kept our location on the down low until we can be on the same level when contact happens. I'm translating this to mean that he thinks the aliens will invade and try and take over our planet, and we better calm down and not be trying to make contact with any alien life forms until we're on

Hello from New York and the Tarot event of the year! Thursday evening is the early start of the main event. Some of the attendees went to an optional class taught by Wald and Ruth Ann on Color, Custom, and Choreography. These lucky folks also got to visit the Merchant's Faire. I was not one of those lucky folks. But I was lucky, too, because I hung out in the bar with some well-known tarot readers, authors, and teachers. There is nothing quite like sitting around a large table and talking tarot with people you have so long admired. We discussed controversial subjects such as tarot certification and the role of the tarot reader in society. We talked about decks we loved. We talked
