A strange cloud formation was spotted over the skies in Mexico on February 11. The cloud may look familiar because a very similar cloud was spotted over Moscow, Russia, this past October. Explanations for both range from an object, such as a meteor, falling through the clouds to create such a cloud, aircraft exhaust, and the way the sun is shining through the clouds.
