This is one of the “cards of change” in the tarot. Life is a cycle and within all our lives there are many cycles all happening simultaneously. When the Wheel comes up, it indicates natural change. Whatever is going on is about to give way to what would logically follow. Whether you think this is a good card or a bad card depends on where you are on the Wheel.
