To start, you'll need a small, wide-mouthed jar to serve as a container. Into the bottle go the following goodies, in order: beach sand, small shells, hemlock or other small cones and seed pods, and one butterfly wing. As you place them in the jar, remember the fun you had while gathering your items and imagine this playful energy infusing your home, making it more and more welcoming. Remember: Please don't harm a live butterfly in order to get its wing. Be patient and ask nature-in time, you will be provided with one. |
