About the Cards in Your Reading

Ten of Shields
In the Past position
Ten of Shields
A card in the left position indicates what has happened to affect your question in the past.

Meaning: This card concerns itself with your home environment and the relationship with family and loved ones, partners and housemates. Questions of inheritance and legacy come to the fore here, the results of which will be favorable. Dynamics rule the smooth running of a household or its tumultuousness. This card asks you to ponder the nature of the relationships that you have with loved ones at home. Are they reciprocal and symbiotic or one-sided and selfish? Your home is a reflection of your inner constitution; what does it say about you? An untidy house may be an indication of an untidy mind, but it also may represent the value we place on prioritization. This card asks you to consider the value and meaning of your kingdom.

Knight of Swords
In the Present position
Knight of Swords
A card in the middle position indicates what is affecting your question at this time.

Meaning: This is a person who is immature of thought and reacts foolishly. He is impulsive and rushes in to things without using wisdom and understanding. This is a skilled individual who expresses courage and bravery, but they are based on unbalanced principles. On a social level this is a card that indicates physical destruction and war. Within smaller social circles it can indicate that a project or idea is being opposed. This personality type receives sadistic gratification from encouraging enmity. If some of the other most dreadful cards surround it in a reading, it may well indicate a physical death.

Five of Cauldrons
In the Future position
Five of Cauldrons
A card in the right position indicates your questions future.

Meaning: This is another obvious card; there is sorrow here and deep emotional pain. For the time being it is fine for you to focus on what has been lost, but do not lose hope. Time is subjective, and there can be no limit on the time it takes for you to be able to emotionally relocate the pain into the upright cauldrons and transition from this phase of your life. The river of sorrow may be revisited again and again, but the first encounter is often the most painful. Find your inner strength, but do not push yourself. Find the bridge that will allow you to integrate these feelings into your experience.
