Carol A. Tebbs, M.A., C.A.P (California) has been practicing astrology since 1971. Well recognized in the astrological community, she served three terms as president of the International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR), co-founded the United Astrology Congress (UAC), and regularly contributes to The International Astrologer. She’s currently the vice president and an instructor at Kepler College.
