Lady Rhea is an accomplished author and known as "The Witch Queen of New York." She has served the magickal community as a High Priestess of the New York Wica Tradition since 1972. Lady Rhea co-founded The Minoan Sisterhood with Lady Miw. To Lady Rhea, the magickal community is family.
