The fab five crystals I work with most often are: Cavansite, Lumerian seeds, Auralite 23, Golden Healer quartz, and Tiger's eye.

1. Cavansite is incredibly helpful in increasing intuition and psychic abilities. It is a beautiful stone, generally within a gray sediment, but can be in a quartzlike matrix as well. Cavansite is super bright blue; this amazing blue doesn't look like anything you've ever seen. I use Cavansite to enhance my clairvoyance, especially my clairaudience, or clear hearing—especially in receiving spiritual messages from loved ones who have passed over into the light and angels in channeling sessions. I can't wait for you try holding one yourself!

2. Lemurian Seed Crystal. BOOM! This is a powerhouse crystal. Lemurians are from the quartz family of crystals, and are usually found in Brazil or India. They look exactly like a clear quartz crystal; however, they can have an orange, yellowish tone to them and they have a point on one end. They are named "seeds" because they are small—generally between a half inch to approximately three inches. They additionally have multiple markings, which appear to be horizontal lines, on them. These lines are said to be embedded messages from an ancient super advanced culture, which is how these crystals became so powerful: they were held and programmed by the Lemuria Light Beings. Yes. You heard me. Beings other than human!

Lemuria is an ancient place; theorists believed this civilization was way ahead of our time technologically. It was a civilization of higher knowledge and mind to mind communication (which we know as telepathy. It is said that the Lemurians created these crystals so that we can tap into their knowledge and help ourselves and other people on earth. The crystals are the bridge from our Earth dimension to the realm in which Lemuria still exists#&151;a dimension that we can connect to with our minds and soul using these amazing, programmed crystals! Interesting, isn’t it?

3. Auralite 23 only comes from one place: in Canada, from a mine discovered near Thunder Bay, Ontario, near Lake Superior. It is estimated to be 1.2 to 1.5 billion years old. Auralite 23 has twenty-three minerals, hence its name. Since it is a very diverse crystal, having so many minerals within it, it has many uses. I call it "Uber Crystal" or "Mac Daddy."

Auralite 23 is basically Amethyst with the inclusion of other trace minerals, including titanite, cacoxenite, lepidocrocite, hematite, magnetite, pyrite, goethite, pyrolusite, gold, silver, platinum, nickel, copper, iron, limonite, sphalerite, covellite, chalocopyrite, gialite, epidote, bornite, and rutile inclusions.

Since being discovered, it has been used mainly for spiritual awakenings and practices. It is said to have the ability to promote healing and promote higher consciousness. I can attest to that being true, at least in my case. I love Auralite 23, and there are many healers that utilize this crystal.

4. Tiger's Eye is a beautiful brown, streaked and banded crystal with its golden color formed by the silica and iron and crocoite it contains. Tiger's eye is found in South Africa, Western Australia, Brazil, Canada, and in California and Arizona in the USA. The stone's name (it is also known as Cat's Eye) comes from its resemblance to feline eyes. Tiger's Eye is a crystal that connects to root chakra to brings bring you closer to Mother Earth for stability. It also is known for psychic protection and grounding, keeping us more in the present moments and having profound awareness.

5. Golden Healer Quartz is a beauty that many people overlook. The Golden Healer is, just as it states, a crystal that can help healing—including physical, emotional, and mental unbalances. It assists a person to "heal" by creating frequencies that synergize with the aura to shift the current frequencies into those that are needed.
