This spell is to help you connect to the mystery that is life. Go outside after dark, to a place where you are safe and where your neighbors won't be watching. Your own backyard, or an apartment courtyard or poolside, is fine. Close your eyes and listen closely to what's going on around you. Do you hear insects? Leaves blowing in the wind? Animals? Do you hear traffic rushing by, or sirens? See this all as a big circle, radiating out from where you live. What is your place in all of this movement? |
