Set a glass of water next to your bed, as well as a notebook and pen. Write down anything you can think of relating to the creative project you wish to work with. Repeat three times: I journey to the dreamtime, To search for what I seek, Inspiration shall come to me, My creative mind shall speak. Place the paper in your pillowcase and drink all the water in the glass. When you awaken, you will probably recall some very vivid dreams about the project you are working on. Write them down immediately in the notebook, as dreams can be fleeting and dissipate the longer you are in the waking world. |
