Offer your thanks and gratitude to nature as you combine 2 cups of birdseed and cup of honey. Whisk 3 egg whites thoroughly and add to the mix. Blend well with your hands and firmly press into a wax paper–lined stainless steel bowl, ring-mold, or cake pan. Loop one end of a large, heavy-duty rope, making two extra knots at the other end. Press it into the mold. Be sure to cover one end of the rope well with seed; press the entire mold tightly. Take care to predict weight distribution. For full ring molds, it's best to lay the rope around the entire ring and leave excess for hanging; for bells and bars, a single top loop with two or three knots in the string will hold well. Cover the excess rope with tinfoil and place in a 200 degree F oven until solid (about 60 to 90 minutes). Let cool and peel away wax paper. Hang from a beloved tree.
