Spell: Refresh and Refocus

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Winter is long, and in the midst of the deepest, darkest part, it feels like lifetimes have passed since summer.
Refresh your home and spirit with a cleansing spell. Clear out spiritual, emotional, and physical dust, and restore a clean gleam to your sacred realm.
I love the "top to bottom" method of cleaning and use a microfiber cloth, plus warm water with a few drops of lavender essential oil.
Quickly wipe all glass surfaces - windows, mirrors, and stove doors. "My spirit is clear."
Shine all chrome and metal surfaces - stove, fridge, taps, and handles. "I reflect on the sacred."
Wipe broad, horizontal surfaces - tabletops, counters, shelves, and cabinets. "I am fully supported."
Use a wide mop (like the Cool Blue) to swish the floors, gathering up the dust. "My way is clear."
Empty dirty water outside. "I release confusion."
Return inside and enjoy. "All is clear, refreshed, and refocused."
