Spell: Blessing or Protection

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Select a figure of the goddess or god you want to invoke. Pick up five stones. These can be river pebbles, semi-precious gems in colors corresponding to the elements/directions, or pretty rocks you've found. Cast your circle with your altar in the center and state your intention, which can be anything from blessing the altar itself to starting some work in your community.
Now "draw" a pentacle of stones. Starting at the top of the pentacle(behind your god/dess), invoke spirit to your altar and lay the first stone down. Going from top to lower left and on around, continue drawing the pentacle with stones, invoking the elemental powers of the directions.
When the pentacle is closed (use your pointer-finger magic wand to draw the lines), address the god/dess and repeat your intention. Open your circle and know that the god/dess in the stone pentacle will respond to your request.
