| To freeze negative external forces in their tracks, try this spell. While it won't solve all your problems, this spell aims to help keep these forces from having a harmful influence.
Procure a tight-sealing sandwich bag or freezer bag, along with a teaspoon of vinegar and a pinch of any of these: salt, pepper, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. On a piece of paper, write terms or draw symbols that represent the negative external energy. This could include words such as "sad," "aggression," "hurtful vibes," and anything else you can imagine. You may also draw symbols, mean faces, Xs, and anything else that embodies negative external energies. Whether or not you know the source(s) of these external energies, it's important that your writing capture the feelings you experience as a result. Place the components in the bag. Crumple the paper and toss it inside, concluding by forcefully spitting into the bag of ingredients. Fill the bag with water. As you seal the bag, say: "Forces of harm from beyond, be gone! By this spell, it shall be done!" Put the bag in a far back corner of your freezer. In the future, when you feel that the magick is concluded, peel the bag off the ice and place the ice in your toilet to melt. |
