Spell: Return to Joy and Innocence

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

When life gets too serious and st ressful, it’s a good idea to reminisce about your youthful, carefree days. If you need help remembering your innocent, childlike spirit, white clover flowers can help you with that.

Go to a grassy field where white clover is in bloom. Find a place to sit near the flowers at the base of a tree. Close your eyes, take a deep cleansing breath, and inhale the scent of the lovely clover flowers.

Once you have become more grounded with the earth, collect clover flowers to make a crown. Place the clovers in a circle on a flat surface. Lay each clover flower near the end of the stem of the flower next to it. Tie the end of the stem underneath the clover flower to form a simple crown Place the crown on your head while saying these words:

Help me remember when I was
young, when life was simple
with laughter and fun.
Infuse my spirit with my innocent
ways. Help me recapture
the joy of those days.
