Spell: Rock Out!

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Music is a powerful conductor of magickal energy and can help us clear out emotional baggage and make a fresh start. All you need for this spell is the music of your favorite artist and perhaps a little privacy.

Start the music and let loose! Allow the music to move through you and embrace it. Don’t be scared to sing along, dance, or even scream. Remind yourself why you love your favorite artist, and embrace all the emotions that come with the music. If the music makes you feel good, lean into that and embrace the positive vibes.

If the music makes you sad or melancholy, embrace that too! Music often brings up old memories, happy and sad. If the music makes you feel like crying, go ahead and cry–let out those emotions! When you feel like all your emotions have been released, turn off the tunes and feel cleansed and refreshed.
