Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon, is celebrated today. Selene rides her chariot across the night sky. The moon controls the tides, planting cycles, and even the cycles of human birth and death.

Invoke Selene to help you release any problem you may be struggling with. Write a few words on a piece of paper. Fold it and say:

Selene, in your chariot, take my strife.

Fold the paper again, saying:

Minimize this problem in my life.

Fold it once more, saying:

As the moon wanes, the problem is diminished.

Place the folded paper on your altar, under a piece of selenite (commonly used to protect, cleanse, and remove negative energy) if you have it, and say:

By the dark moon, this will be finished.
