Spell: Safe Travels Talisman

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The waning Moon in Gemini today sets the stage for performing magick related to traveling and expanding the mind. We don't always know when we are going to be traveling, and we might not be traveling now, so creating a talisman that we can use later is a perfect way to work with the available energies of the moment. To make this talisman, all you need is a bowl of water and a piece of silver jewelry of any kind that isn't already being used for a magickal purpose.

Over the bowl of water, draw a pentacle in the air, visualizing a line of yellow fire emanating from your fingertips. Chant nine times:

Here to there and in between, protected from seen and unseen.

Take three deep breaths, and as you exhale, visualize the pentacle of yellow flame descending and being absorbed by the water. Dip your jewelry in the water and visualize it absorbing the light. Sprinkle the water on your luggage and personal items.
