Spell: Witches' Tool Blessing

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

The first quarter moon in Capricorn early in the day heralds a time when the serious and practical elements of our craft are highlighted and we are drawn to empower those things that we often take for granted. Cast this spell today or whenever you need to bless items and tools meant for magick. All you need is the item and a few moments to focus after you cleanse that item using your preferred method. Visualize the first quarter moon above your head and acknowledge the presence of Capricorn by allowing the light of the moon to shift to a dark emerald green. Take a few deep breaths and visualize the emerald light pouring down from the moon like honey, covering the item, as you say:

Capricious moon and emerald light, empower this tool of craft and rite.

Visualize the thick green light being absorbed into the tool, then say:

By emerald moon it is done.
