Incense of the day: Honeysuckle If you should find yourself needing to rid yourself of another's harmful energy, there is a way you can do it with harm to none. Write down the actions that are hurting you. As you are writing, visualize all the pain you have felt from these actions streaming through the pen onto the paper. With each thing you write, say it aloud and then say: "The hurt from this leaves me now." When you have finished speaking, burn the paper so no trace is left, only ashes. Take the ashes outside and bury them, preferably off your property. Now say, "I lay this hurt to rest now and forever. May the great Mother Goddess recycle the energy and put it to good use." |
