Incense of the day: Evergreen We each have a fear we'd like to conquer. Today, sketch a symbol of your fear or write it down in so many words. This is a burning ritual, so find a safe container and go outdoors. Think about the fear. Why do you have it? You may or may not know, but try to answer honestly. Imagine yourself without the fear. As you visualize, burn the paper. See yourself as confident and brave. For example, if your fear is public speaking, imagine yourself in front of a large group of people giving a fantastic speech. Release the ashes of the paper to the wind, or bury them. Release your fear. Recall the positive image each time you feel the fear. |
