This simple spell is a great way to address minor annoyances and frustrations. It can be performed just about any time and is subtle enough to be done in public. You just need access to a sink and some hand soap.

Approach the sink and think about the energy you want to be rid of. Turn on the water and lather your hands with soap. (A soap with cleansing properties, like pine or rosemary, would be ideal, but any will do.) As you thoroughly scrub your hands, envision the soap picking up the unwanted energy and lifting it out of your aura. As you rinse, envision the unwanted energy cascading off your hands and down the drain. Flick the excess water off your hands and into the sink while saying to yourself, "I wash my hands of it."

Repeat this as often as needed.
