Spell: What A Wonderful World Meditation

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Silver
Incense of the day: Lily

Today is Louis Armstrong's birthday, who sang a well-known version of the song "What a Wonderful World." Find a quiet natural spot outdoors. Take three deep breaths and connect with Mother Earth. Breathe deeply and look around until your attention is focused on one object-perhaps a leaf, a tree, or blade of grass. Focus on it for three breaths and then close your eyes. As you breathe deeply, extend your consciousness toward it, feeling its spirit emerge. Ask permission to move closer and ask it to share its wonder with you. Meld with its spirit, seeking its wisdom. Feel, hear and see the marvels you're shown. When it is time, thank the spirit and move back to your body and own sense of individuality. Leave an offering of cornmeal and give thanks to the being and the wonderful world all around.
