Been doing too much? Just finished school? Running around with the kids to all their events and activities? The school year is almost over and it's that last stretch to make it to summer. Take time this evening to find a place where you can take a deep breath and spend some time on yourself. I suggest a hot bath, candlelight, relaxing oils and incense, a hot cuppa tea, and a good book or movie. You should get into the habit of always making some time during your busy week for yourself. Time to relax, leave the day's worries behind you and just think about nothing. It can be as little as half an hour or as much as a day at a spa. Be nice to yourself; give yourself a break.
